Your kind food diary
Being mindful means being aware. And one of the best ways to achieve diet, fitness, and wellness goals - is by being conscious of what you eat.
Whether your goal is to lose or gain weight, sleep better, be less anxious, or feel better overall - mindfulness is a key ingredient.
The benefit of a wellness journal
When you plan and prepare your meals and activities, you take away the main reason for spontaneous snacking and overeating (or forgetting to eat). Journaling makes it easier to stay on track with your plan.
You'll be able to see progress and spot patterns.
Didn't sleep well after eating late? No breakfast led to a junky lunch? Better mood after working out?
Keeping a food journal is a simple routine that can have a remarkable effect.
In fact, we are so certain that you'll see the benefits that you can return the journal after 12 weeks if it didn't improve your life, free of charge. :)
- Nutrition log to help achieve diet and fitness goals

Great food journal
Great. Love the way the pages are organized. I’ve kept a food journal before on lined paper, which turned out to be a mess. This is so easy to use.
This is the perfect item! Super happy I got it.
It was good i thought it was super helpful
Flexible focus on food and wellness
Just ordered my third journal and feel compelled to share for anyone considering. I've been looking for something that would help see how food, sleep, activity, habits, etc. contributed to my overall wellness and identify things I want to change, remove, or introduce. Over these 24 weeks, my goals and tracking have evolved. At first, I tracked what I ate and how I felt, but didn't worry about calories, etc. Now, I track for protein and whether I stopped and mindfully ate lunch during the day. I've used the activity box to note everything from being in an exercise rut to tracking specific strength training set details. I've used the weekly pages to keep track of my schedule, make notes about my day, or a To Do list. I enjoy the goal setting page and occasional self-reflection/writing pages, but again, they are easy to skip. Post-Roe, I even turned the undated calendar page into a period tracker. In each journal, I've colored some of the art pages as a stress-reliever. I noticed an earlier review critical of the weight tracking and I agree that is not for me, but it's two pages and a small box on each day - easily ignored but available if that is part of your tracking needs. All in all, I think this is a very flexible option for tracking a wide variety of approaches to food and wellness with a blend of structured and unstructured formats. With their reasonable shipping, the cost is just over $2 weekly or $9 monthly, and I've definitely found the value is worth the expense.
Nicely packaged and literally exactly what I wanted.
