It’s only been 2 days using this but….
I am so grateful for this tool!!! It’s not only straight forward, but the guidance throughout the book through your wellness journey is so genuine! I am one of those with mountains of journals never written in, and for whatever reason this is different. I get so excited to fill out everything, getting motivated and organized!!! Thanks for creating this tool. I know, I know it’s only been 2 days but I’m ready take charge of my own life, and I can’t wait to see where my progress will be in 12 weeks! Very good experience. Pretty book clear headings. Helps me keep track, but I don't feel judged by the book. I see myself improving everyday
Food Journal
I keep track of everything I eat and when I saw this journal I knew it was what I needed. When you transition from dietary restrictions to meal planning this is exactly how to stay on tract. Food item, calories, protein, fat and carbs, water intake and activity all on one page. I especially like the spiral binding.

greath for tracking daily
Loved this item, purchased again. Nice to have note sheets all spiraled in one ready to use. However, the pages are limited, only last a couple of months. (Wish there there was a 365 day version to cover a year, so one does not have to reorder every several months. )
