Loved this item, purchased again. Nice to have note sheets all spiraled in one ready to use. However, the pages are limited, only last a couple of months. (Wish there there was a 365 day version to cover a year, so one does not have to reorder every several months. )

Amazing Health and Wellness Journal
I'm so incredibly excited to start using this journal. I absolutely love the layout and having both the weekly and daily plans. It literally has everything I wanted to start keeping track of. There are sample pages in the back of the journal so you have something to reference when filling it out. I'll definitely be purchasing this journal again!
