This journal is laid out really nicely. It has been a huge help in keeping my accountable to tracking what I’ve been eating and how much I’ve been exercising!
I just started using this journal and find it very useful. My purpose has more to do with monitoring a health condition so all of the information (water, food, supplements) are really helpful. It strikes a great balance between being sturdy and lightweight making it easy to carry. My only comment is that I wish there was a little more blank space on the daily page to track health issues (like headaches) so I could review my health issues in an effort to pinpoint trigger foods or days without water, etc.

I own a MedSpa and I started a medical weight loss program. I bought these journals to give to my patients to track their progress. They are perfect!
It couldn't have been better!
I LOVE my food and wellness planner/tracker!! I bought this planner because I wanted to start the new year strong, go back to the gym and be more mindful of my eating habits. This journal helps me stay motivated, it is easy to use and just takes me a few minutes to complete at night. I love that I use the whole page, and nothing is missing! The only box I don't use is the daily weight in, because I do not step on the scale everyday but that's it.
I've been using this food journal for a couple of weeks and it's been exactly what I needed. There's plenty of space to write my food intake every day and the macros indicated are the ones I need to track. The other fields to fill out work as prompts for me to exercise, perform daily weigh-ins, drink more water, and get enough sleep. The use of body measurements in addition to weight tracking helps show progress in a more well-rounded way. The pages aren't cluttered with trite affirmations or motivational comments, with notes of encouragement being limited to once a week on a page that can be left as it is or used as a de-stressing coloring page. I don't use the recipe pages as designed, but I do use that space to jot down nutritional information for staple food items. The feel of the cover is great and the thickness of the pages can handle my V5 Precise Pilot pens without much ghosting. The only thing I wish this journal had is a ribbon to keep my place; I use a bookmark instead. Overall, it's a great journal and I've already ordered more.
