This is an undated exercise & diet journal so you can start at any time. There's one page dedicated per day and includes space for your workout, food, your personal assessment, water tracker, and mood. The journal is a good size for me - not too big and not too small. I think it will help me with my accountability.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. Great for focusing on a few key goals for those who get overwhelmed with larger and more complex tracking journals or systems.
