Very nice journal. Has good quality feel and smart organization. I got it in the dark blue color and really like the shade.

it has everything i need, and it is open enough that i can adapt the boxes to what i want and it doesn't look like it was a mistake. The pages are lovely thick paper. At the front there is a goals page and a body tracking measurements page that you can fill in as and when without any stress of pre-written deadlines. also a lovely colour.

A great tracker
I bought two, one for me and one for my sister. We are both enjoying using them very much. Holds four months of data, enough spaces to customize what behaviors you are tracking. I really like this little book!
