This is the perfect food and fitness tracker. I love the simplicity of the design and all the pages contain the exact info I want to keep track of. Love that the there is a weekly page as well to keep track of regular life stuff too. Already looking forward to buying another of these in 90 days!
This was an amazing journal. It really got me into the habit of recording my eating habits and truly understanding what I put into my body. This journal is exactly what I was looking for. It is thick but not overly bulky and very durable. It also helps me control mindless eating and offers a motivational shortbread every now and then. Completely worth the money.
I love this health journal. I have tried tracking exercise and food in apps but didn't like it and would always forget to do it. This journal is perfect for tracking all kinds of health goals from daily exercise, supplements, food, weight, water intake, body measurements and other goal tracking. Plenty of areas to write in whatever else you want to track, how you are feeling, what you want to focus on for the day etc. I have only been using it for a week but I've been actually enjoying tracking everything and it feels good to be able to check things off or reflect on how daily habits make me feel and effect my health goals. Definitely recommend.
Bought for girlfriend who wanted one, she loves it BUT it does do a few things...such as it wants you to weigh yourself DAILY (which isn't good cause you fluctuate so much) so we just do it weekly instead.
